The VIP Realty Club agency specializes in selling overseas real estate in several countries — in particular, Indonesia, the Dominican Republic, and Poland.
At the time of contact, the business already had established expertise, active social media accounts, and a YouTube channel. Most client inquiries came through referrals and video content.
At the same time, the company was in the scaling phase and was looking for a more stable and predictable channel for attracting new clients.
The client requested to migrate the website from the Tilda platform to an alternative solution—either Ukrainian or English-speaking—and to build a foundation for attracting clients through organic search.
The expectation was to create a website that could be developed as a full-fledged SEO tool, not just as a presentation page.
During the audit of the current website, we identified several limitations:
- the platform did not allow for full-fledged work with SEO architecture;
- the site structure did not support scaling for new countries and queries;
- refining the existing solution would have required more resources than creating a new website;
- search traffic was essentially not used as a customer acquisition channel.
This was not a mistake on the client’s part — the current solution worked well at its stage of business development, but no longer met the new goals.
We decided to:
- not refine the old website, but create a new one with SEO in mind already at the design stage;
- maintain the visual logic of the previous website so as not to lose brand recognition;
- focus not on a general services page, but on separate landing pages for each country;
- deliberately avoid complex features at launch, concentrating on structure, content, and search.
The priority was to create a foundation that could be gradually strengthened, rather than an “overloaded” website without clear logic.
Within the project, we:
- transferred the static design as a base for a quick start;
- developed a new website structure with separate pages for each country;
- created a real estate catalog with filtering by region and price;
- compiled a semantic core for priority areas;
- implemented multilingual support and adaptation for various devices;
- laid the foundation for basic SEO settings: meta-data, micro-markup, speed optimization.
All decisions were made with a focus on future development rather than one-time results.
After launch, the website started receiving organic traffic from Google within the first few weeks.
During the first months:
- the website reached the top 5 in Google for a number of queries related to real estate in Bali, the Dominican Republic, and Poland;
- the number of inquiries through the website began to grow steadily;
- organic search became an additional, independent source of leads alongside YouTube and referrals.
The website did not replace other channels but logically complemented them.
