New corporate website for a consulting company
FY Consulting is an American B2B company that has been operating for over 20 years in the field of business certification according to international standards, including ISO 9001 and other industry requirements. The company collaborates with large organizations and helps them successfully undergo complex certification processes, particularly in high-tech industries.
Our task was to create a corporate website for the consulting company that reflects its level of expertise, builds trust with the B2B audience, and helps attract new inquiries from the US market.

Client request
At the time of contacting us, FY Consulting already had an English-language website created on Weblium. Formally, it existed, but in reality, it did not fulfill its key business function: it did not present the company as a strong expert player in the certification consulting market.
The old website had several issues:
- weak structure;
- outdated visual presentation;
- blog-like rather than presentation-driven logic;
- insufficiently clear positioning;
- no clear explanation of how the company differs from competitors;
- limited technical optimization capabilities;
- weak user journey towards submitting a request.
For a company with more than 20 years of experience, strong experts, and clients from major B2B segments, such a website was insufficient. It was necessary to create a new digital foundation that better reflected the scale, professionalism, and effectiveness of FY Consulting.
Task
The main task was to develop a modern corporate website for an American consulting company, targeted at B2B clients.

The website was supposed not only to look better, but also to serve as a tool for building trust and lead generation: explaining services, showcasing experience, proving expertise with testimonials, and guiding users towards requesting a consultation.
Within the project scope, it was necessary to:
- completely rethink the website structure;
- create a new UX/UI design;
- highlight the company’s expertise and its 20+ years of experience;
- structure 6 main services;
- develop separate pages for each service;
- strengthen social proof through text and video testimonials;
- implement a blog as a space for expert content;
- migrate the website from Weblium to WordPress;
- create a custom theme;
- make the site convenient for independent editing by the client’s team;
- set up application forms with submissions sent to email and Telegram.

UX/UI design and a new brand presentation
For FY Consulting, we chose a restrained, minimalist, and corporate style. The visual system had to look professional, but not cold: the company deals with complex certification processes, so the website needed to convey expertise, reliability, and modernity at the same time.
As part of our work on the visual presentation, we:
- redesigned the website from scratch;
- chose a blue color palette as the foundation to evoke trust and stability;
- added an accent orange color for CTAs and important elements;
- created a modern first screen with a video background;
- made the page structure more intuitive for an English-speaking B2B audience;
- placed CTA blocks throughout the site so that users always have an easy way to get in touch.
The video on the first screen became one of the key solutions in presenting the company. It helps showcase FY Consulting as a modern, dynamic, and innovative brand, rather than just another consulting company with a standard website.

Service page structure
The most important part of the website became the service pages. FY Consulting works with B2B clients, for whom it is crucial to quickly understand what exactly the company offers, how the process works, who the service is suitable for, and why the team can be trusted.
We structured 6 main services and created a separate detailed page for each one.
Each service page was built according to the following logic:
- what problem the service solves;
- what solution FY Consulting offers;
- for which companies this is relevant;
- what the workflow looks like;
- what benefits the client receives;
- what questions arise most frequently;
- how to contact the team and request a consultation.
This approach made complex certification services clearer for potential clients and turned service pages into fully-fledged landing pages.

Testimonials as a trust-building tool
We paid special attention to testimonials. Both text and video client reviews were implemented on the website.
In addition to a separate Testimonials page, we added the ability to link reviews to specific services using tags. Thanks to this, users see not random testimonials on the service pages, but relevant confirmations specifically for the service they are interested in.
This solution helps to:
- increase trust in the company;
- show real client experiences;
- make service pages more convincing;
- reduce barriers before contacting us;
- support users at the decision-making stage.
Blog and SEO logic
The old website already had blog materials, so we did not create this section from scratch. We transferred the articles to the new website and partially optimized their role in the structure.
At the same time, we took into account an important SEO risk: certain articles should not compete with the main service pages for key queries. Therefore, we implemented the ability to disable indexing for specific materials if necessary for the correct search structure.
As part of our work with the blog, we:
- migrated existing articles from the old website;
- adapted the blog to the new structure;
- made it a part of the company’s expert presentation;
- provided the ability to manage indexing of individual materials;
- kept the main SEO focus on service pages.

Website development on WordPress
For the implementation of the project, we chose WordPress, as this platform is well-suited for corporate websites with a large number of pages, services, testimonials, and expert content.
We developed a custom theme and a flexible block system so that the FY Consulting team could manage the site independently without technical dependence on developers.
On the technical side, we implemented:
- a custom WordPress theme;
- flexible content blocks;
- the ability to edit pages through the admin panel;
- service management;
- testimonial management;
- adding video testimonials;
- blog editing;
- responsive layout;
- application forms;
- submission of applications to email and Telegram;
- basic technical optimization.
As a result, the client received not just a new website, but a convenient system for further development: new services can be added, articles published, pages updated, testimonials managed, and content changed without complex technical actions.
Result
As a result, FY Consulting received a modern corporate website that matches the company’s level, better presents its expertise, and helps work with the B2B audience in the US market.
What was implemented:
- complete redesign of the English-language corporate website;
- migration from Weblium to WordPress;
- custom WordPress theme;
- new UX/UI design;
- restrained corporate identity with blue and orange accents;
- homepage with background video;
- 6 detailed service pages;
- service page structure following the logic: problem → solution → process → proof → CTA;
- Testimonials page;
- text and video testimonials;
- tag-based linking of testimonials to relevant services;
- blog migration and optimization;
- ability to disable indexing for individual articles;
- CTA blocks throughout the site;
- application forms sending to email and Telegram;
- responsive layout;
- user-friendly admin panel for the content team.
The new website has become a comprehensive digital tool for FY Consulting: it presents the company as an experienced partner in certification consulting, strengthens potential clients’ trust, and creates a clear path to get in touch.
